Our Establishment

The Office de Promotion et de Gestion Immobilière (OPGI) was created by Decree No. 76-143 of 13/10/1976 as a Public Administrative Establishment (EPA). Its legal status was later changed by Decree No. 91-147 of 12/05/1991, transforming it into a Public Industrial and Commercial Establishment (EPIC). In other words, OPGI was initially established as a public administrative body and was later converted into a public entity operating with an industrial and commercial character, while remaining under state supervision.

Legal Status

The Office de Promotion et de Gestion Immobilière (OPGI) has legal personality and financial autonomy. It may carry out its activities throughout the entire national territory. Within the framework of implementing the State’s social policy, it is entrusted with strengthening the public service mission in the field of housing, particularly for the benefit of disadvantaged social groups.

Our Responsibilities

Real estate development of land.

Carrying out projects on behalf of the State or any other operator as a contractor responsible for executing works.

Providing maintenance, renovation, and rehabilitation services for real estate properties.

Managing the real estate assets entrusted to it.

Renting and/or selling housing units and premises of a professional or commercial nature.

Collecting rents, fees, as well as proceeds from the sale of the properties it manages.
